::I had a traveler on a Thursday p.m. whose passport needed renewing urgently for travel from the US to Panama the following Tuesday. I filled out the easy 1 page Fastpass form to start & was immediately sent a checklist of what would be needed as well as a FedEx label to get everything sent back to them on the same day. This checklist was SO helpful with wading through everything and breaking it down to these simple details. I would only have them add that the 1 photo could be attached to the US State Department form (vs loose). Now, I had never used this service before and was extremely nervous having to rely on the as-yet-untested service so I barraged them with phone calls every day (about which they extended patience). When I did speak with "Dave" a couple of times, it was simply reassuring that there was an actual human being on the other end of our transaction that was taking care of follow-up. In the end, we received as promised the renewed passport on the day of travel and in plenty of time before departure. I would highly recommend the Fastpass service to anyone and everyone who has such personal handling needs in their future. Thank you, Dave and Fastpass!!!

::Thank Goodness for Fast Passport Center!! Just a few days before leaving on an international vacation I noticed my passport had just expired. I was mortified at my oversight and afraid that all the money we had just spent on flights and accommodations was to be wasted, never mind disappointing my husband. Praying for a miracle I went online and was excited to find that Fast Passport Center was able to help me. Yay!!!!! With fingers crossed I filled out the paperwork, gathered the materials and had my package shipped off to them the following day. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were 2-3 times when I was anticipating an email or return phone call and after a couple hours of not hearing back I had to call them. This caused me to feel anxious. Fortunately they were very good about picking up and professionally responding to my call. I would ideally give a 4.5 or 4.75 if possible. And so my advice to other customers would be to just call right away if you have any questions or concerns. The final result was that I received my new passport on the morning I flew and was sooooo unbelievably grateful for their services. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

::The real character of an organization and person comes out only in crisis. We realized the day before our trip that our two childrens passports were expired (valid for 5 years vs the 10 like ours). This is when Rachael in the LA office stepped in and was able to get our passports within 2 days. I will definitely give max stars for service and patience exhibited in obtaining our passports.
