  The clothes at all the locations are great! Unfortunately the service at this location is the worst! The girls who work here are so rude. Half of the clothes is always dirty or laying on the floor. The fitting rooms definitely need to be fixed. I got locked in inside of one and couldn’t open it because the handle wouldn’t even turn. With all of these factors their customer service should be waay better. All the girls look like they hate their jobs.

  Coming out of atlanta visiting. I went in because i thought it look so unique. The girls were not very helpful, half of them were on their phones, not very organized, and i think they added up the total wrong and gave me incorrect change. Its kind of stupid that they dont have a website too. Ill just visit when im in down 1 time a year lol

  I went in here for the first time in a couple years, and was shocked at how down hill it has gone. Customer service was never a strong suit, but it was definitely better before. I guess management has just given up or something because the store was disorganized, dirty, and just unpleasant to be in. And this was on a dead Monday night.

  Went in to look for a dress for a special occasion, I asked a girl to help me find one of the ones on the mannequin. She said that's the last one, said no to taking off the mannequin and tried to send me to a different store way across town. I gave up on the dress and continued to look around, I found the dress she previously told me they were OUT OF. I was a little upset that she either lied or didn't know anything about her job, but I politely let her know that in case someone else asks that there is still some in the store, she didn't look up at me or even acknowledge me trying to help instead she ignored me and walked away from the registers when I needed to be checked out. This is the easiest job and she's terrible at it, she makes this store earn one star. Good job
