  So far it has been an awesome experience with some really great people. Everyone here seems to really care about your well being and success with the program. I haven't seen this many enthusiastic people in the same place in a long time!

  I could go on for days about how much I love FXB.. this has been the most rewarding program I've ever done for myself. Two years after my 10 week session, I'm still seeing improvements in my body, I'm still getting the SAME encouragement and motivation from my peers and coaches and I'm still loving it!! I've been in a gym member since I was 15 years old and this is by far the best.

  I the community most of all....it's my gym family, it just so happens that I get healthier along with it. Amazing program to completely transform your life! One year in and it has not only changed my life but my whole family is now healthier!!!!

  This is a life changing program. Not a "diet" but a fitness lifestyle with a like-minded community. Don't hesitate- 10 weeks will convince you. My wife and I like Northwest FXB. It is clean, friendly, with a supportive staff and a program that focuses on both good nutrition and hard, effective workouts.
