  Beautiful historic building. The building is a three-story building. It is recognizable as part of the Houston architecture with its limestone façade, ornate cornice, and intricate details. This building is the second half of the "Texaco Heritage Plaza" and a counterpart to the Heritage skyscraper to which it is attached. The people who developed the skyscraper back in the 1980's paid a huge price for the Gram Credit bank building.  It was formerly the Federal Land Bank Building.
