  Love this place. So many options to choose from to create a perfect movie night. Really hits the nostalgic part of me, when we rent movies as kids.

  I wish I could give no stars. My boyfriend and I went in over an hour before close and picked out ONE movie. We were in the store less then 5 minutes. The cashier was absolutely rude for no reason! My boyfriend is a regular customer here and has never had a problem. I personally work in customer service and know if one of my employees treated customers like this cashier did I would not only be very upset but ashamed because that makes the company look bad. We spoke with her and she blatantly ignored both of us. I personally do not have a problem with this store or the company but I thought it would be in the best interest for me to notify of this issue.

  Poor customer service. I came in as a new customer to this store and talked to the manager she explained everything to me. Super nice. She Said I could get a new card for this location and be a new customer and get the 30 days free discounts since I was new to this location. I asked about a limit on renting videos for the towels 1st time she said there wasn't one and not to worry about it. We found all the rentals we wanted and Got to the clerk to check out. (Different person) was SO RUDE. Not customer friendly at all. He Would not give me the 30 days of free discounts that the manager said i could have. And would not let me check out movies said I had a limit. I explained what his manager told me he disguarded everything she said.. I even asked him if he would call her since she just left to verify what she had told me , and he wouldn't. I ended up leaving without checking out one movie. I have never been treated so rudely. Won't go back.
