  Stores a lil unorganized and not kept very clean. Customer service is a little rude and not very concerned about it.

  If i could give zero stars I would. And i will be calling corporate office and the store manager first thing Monday. I live in the neighborhood and have always stopped here often untill tonight. I often talk to the older woman and man in the mornings and they are very pleasent. But tonight was a whole another story. Tonight I went in to exchanges something. The assistant manager had me waiting for almost 20 minutes to come and help me. While he left the yachting associate at the calender is trying to assist me but was not able to handle my exchange. He then looked at the item i had like i had done something to it or stole it. Even though i had the reciept that i had just bought the item less than 2 weeks ago. My son was tired cause it was late and was crying and grabbing at things on the counter. I was trying to soothe my son and get the items out of his hand when the man abruptly reached over and grabbed it from my son. I told the man that he was being rude and not Snatch anything the my child again. He then called me a bad mother and told me I hate people like you. I asked him who black people because I don't know why else you won't change my Items because I have the receipt and why it took you so long to help me. He then told me that I wish trespassing and I needed to get out of his store. So as much as I used to love my use to be friendly Family Dollar I will not be shopping there any more unt this man apologizes to me. And has faced some sort of disciplinary actions. I askbyou friends to not shop there either Unless you wanna be ridiculed verbal I abused and just treated horribly.

  Cashier named "Johnny" caused an intolerable wait by accommodating a rude customer. I walked out of line after waiting 10 to 15 minutes. There was about 10 people in line when I left. Both registers were being used by this single rude customer who wanted to break a $100 bill. Johnny moved her back and forth between registers before myself and at least 2 other customers walked out in anger. I will never visit this location again and I live nearby and visted frequently before this. Johnny treated the situation with the utmost incompetence as well as the assistant store manager who was trying to tell the rude customer "no" before Johnny deliberately undermined the manager with his own ideas.
