  A few months ago this place sucked. The employees just hung out behind the counter and the shelves were empty. But since they have been managed by the newest mgr. Chris, there has been a vast improvement. There are still lazy employees but for the first time I see the mgr. putting stock on the shelves and trying to keep the store clean. I no longer see employees outside smoking which was a major problem to walk out after waiting in line for 20 minutes because only one register was open and see 2 employees smoking and joking. Also, security and would be a welcome idea for the last 4 hours of the day. A clean and well stocked store is good for the neighborhood. And the mgr. is on the way to making this a reality. Do not transfer him as a reward, give him a raise but leave him at our store.

  Eisles are always blocked and it makes it impossible to get around or find things. Place is dirty and always filled with crazy customers holding up line. This store is more of an inconvenience to shop at.

  This Family Dollar staff is so cool! Prices are ok.. Stores getting better now that Chris is a manager
