  It's just really dirty and unorganized I understand if it was every once in a while but not every time I go in like the people who were there were just standing around when they could be cleaning or organizing the stuff I understand it's a bit big but still baby steps are nice of you actually do them. But other then that nice people and good prices.

  Very disorganized, but the cashier was quick and really nice even though she was by herself and the line was long

  I used to go in this store all the time...stopped going after the new manager told my daughter and grand daughter to put back head phones as she was looking at the other colors they had....I was standing right behind her...she said that was their electronic policy...she was very rude...some older woman with glasses...we had gone to that store for 7years and I will not go back there...get rid of manager!!! Serious employee issues at this store...

  Every once in awhile I like to drop by Family Dollar and see their seasonal decorations. However today I was there and I heard the manager on duty yell off the top of her head at one of the employees. The employee got very upset and left in tears. Why would a manager of a store go off the wall yelling and screaming at this employee while customers are in the store. I even told one of the employees that that manager was crazy or something. Then she was shocked as I was checking out to know that the employee left and left the keys. She couldn't believe she had just walked off the job. This was very very uncalled for on the part of that manager. They need to replace her because if she can go off the wall and start yelling and screaming saying she can't handle all this by herself she needs help. She is not a qualified manager of a store. All I ask is that if there is anyone else capable of being a manager of that store please replace this crazy manager. I will never walk in that store again she scared me half to death.
