  Family Dollar is a store of horrow, extremely filty store situated in historic West End. This store will not allow black people access to the bathroom. Do not shop at this sick place.

  Horrible...they always have the supplies 2 b stocked all n the aisles where u can't get by with ur buggy. Every aisle I tried 2 go down had something blocking the way. It's ridiculous!

  Frequent shopper in the store due to location. Store is often congested but I am usually able to get the things I need for my home. I usually receive good customer service.

  Disrespectful, rude management and cashiers. Cashier made a mistake, I tried to help correct the mistake to be met by a condensing manager... I will not shop here and I will tell everyone I know to pass on the word to everyone they know, until the manager and employees now are terminated..
