    I was reluctant to rate this service department so early, because it was my first service at this location. Customer service was a 2.5 of 5, the service area was shared with the show room cars. The only time I felt welcomed was when I have to swipe my card for that extra maintenance I didn't come in for which I agreed with. I somewhat understand my first time reps not familiar with my new faces or maybe I just making excuses for the service department because I do want to see them winning, I just did get that a I valve my customers vibe in this department. So will I go back? To put it in prospective my last service I spent 300+ and it felt heavy and cold. My last service at Lucas dodge I spend like 800+ and I felt happy, relieved like I was helping a friend out. Maybe it was too soon to rate or maybe I just valve customer service more that price.

    Service Department review. Hassle-free. Dropped off keys. They told me the cost. They delivered on the cost. Fixed the issues discussed. Took 2 hours. But the waiting area was packed. They do the best they can with the waiting area. Its kind of in the middle of the showroom, but there is no other place for it. They make it comfortable and have the TV on. When your car is ready they say Mr/Mrs ... your car is ready. Very courteous. In my case, no drama, no BS in the service department. I will say that I asked about fixing this or that and there prices are not cheap for a lot of repair work. Fixing the slider on the van, for instance, involves a minimum labor charge just to look at it. If you need things done and can afford, I think its a good choice. Ive never had any problems with this dealer in the service department.

    Have bought a few cars from these guys and couldn't have had a better experience. They're quality people who really work with you to get you in what you want for the price you want. I will certainly continue to keep going back to them for cars. I was greeted by the owner of the dealership and his daughter Amanda and they're incredibly friendly people. The manager in the sales department, the sales reps, and the service crew is fabulous and everytime I'm there its easy and painless and feel comfortable. Highly recommend for your auto needs.

    2012 Jeep - Manual transmission disintegrated in fall 2016 - NOT COVERED IN DRIVE TRAIN FIVE YEAR WARRANTY!? That was my first experience with this dealership. Fast forward to fall 2017. Took the vehicle to the dealer for an airbag recall. Asked for PA inspection, an oil change, and about an issue with the interior light remaining on persistently (pulled the bulbs to prevent battery drain). First thing they did was recommend several hundred more dollars in "repairs." They claimed the brakes needed replacing, that the steering was showing signs of leaking, and that the fuel injector needed cleaning. I told them to do the original request and the injector. I would find a mechanic locally to evaluate the Jeep. $1280 later, I pick up the vehicle, open the door, and no lights. Basically, they replaced the electronic cluster for some $500+, charged for labor, and NEVER checked the lights, as the bulbs were still physically out. I placed lights in, and now get no light. They have spent more time making excuses and avoiding any compensation and want to take in the vehicle again to see what's wrong. I will NEVER trust this dealership's garage and would strongly suggest all avoid it for anything other than recall issues. I now have my vehicle with a mechanic I trust and am in contact with my lawyer. Next comes the PA state attorney and the BBB. Horrible follow through.

    I would like to personally thank Greg, Paul, Justin, Frank, Dave, and everyone at Family for a pleasant car buying experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted and treated with respect. Justin was my sales rep and was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable about my options. He went over purchasing and leasing options, walked me around the lot, and was helpful during the test drive. Everyone at Family was easy to deal with and did not pressure me during the sales and negotiation process. After I purchased a new Grand Cherokee, Justin took the time to show me a lot of the new controls before driving it off the lot. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Family and would recommend anyone in the market for a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram to stop by Family and take a look at their selection.
