  Always get you in right away if you have an emergency... and I mean same day right away. Everyone is friendly. The dentists take pride in what they do and go above and beyond, along with showing compassion for what you're going through. This place is quite a drive from where I live so I left to find somewhere closer. It's important to have a dentist you can trust. I'm now back here because the quality, care, and concern are unmatched!

  Very nice people. Fast service and my daughter loves coming to the dentist and this has been her second time coming to them and her second experience. They are very thorough.

  Great service. Painless and they are very patient. They try to accommodate you as much as possible to make you feel good while they’re taking care of you. I recommend all my family members to go there for their customer service.

  Would not recommend! My kid has had tooth pain since June and we first went to Elgin location. Got x-rays, Dentist said go to Addison for Dentist to determine if teeth need to come out (pretty sure they do and spacer needs to be in place). Needs pediatric dentist. Waited an hour in dentist chair with two kids. Went to Addison. Same thing, hour wait in dentist chair and another set of x-rays "yes he does need them removed, make appointment with pediatric dentist here." Month out. Definite day to remove tooth. Appointment day and after being in pain two months and coming back again for antibiotic for swelling pediatric dentist takes x-rays and it's a CONSULTATION. Not once has someone understood he is in pain. Can't eat. And now we have had to keep seeing other dentists. Also disappointed they normally take 2-3 days to email x-rays. A normal dentist can get them within the hour. I had to escalate to management because third party phone people couldn't get office to pick up and instead of having them for my 1:30p appointment I got them at 6:30p. Also facilities were NOT clean.

  Dental assistant Leo was very patient unlike the doctor, doctor did not even intent to try do anything to my daughter, his excuse was because my daughter would not let them take pictures of her teeth (mind you shes 5 first time there and super nervous ) I totally get it they have to get done but doctor seemed super frustrated because she kept moving. Overall they stressed out my daughter so doctor made Leo recommend me to a specialist and while Leo was giving me all the information doctor was talking to my husband telling him he didn’t want to deal with her moving around and then tried to compare her to 2-3 year old that go in and don’t move. He then told my husband that he’s just trying to protect his license. That doctor from the start gave me weird vibes so definitely im not going back. 2/5 stars because at-least Leo was very patient and made us feel a little comfortable.
