  Unfriendly staff, and the rent is high for the tiny amount of space that you get.I have never experienced bed bugs until I got to this place, and I wouldn't wish that experience on anyone. Many of the neighbors gossip about interracial couples as well, and some people would make me uncomfortable. Management is hardly ever in the office, and they have no sense of customer service. If you are thinking about moving here, I would strongly reconsider.

  Leasing office people aren't helpful and don't know what they're talking about. The "24 hour maintenance" took 5 days to change a light bulb. My car has gotten dinged from multiple people and there is also an obvious presence of drugs throughout the complex. The laundry service also requires you to use a card for payment which can ONLY be loaded by using a machine in the leasing office. I'm only living here short term due to relocating for a new job and while I search for a house but if I knew I'd be living for the long term, I'd just load it $100 at a time because good luck being able to load that card again if you work 9-6 which is the same time as the hours of the leasing office. When it comes to mail, they refuse to hold packages for you in the leasing office (I'd love to know what happened for them to change that policy) so any and all packages that won't fit in your mailbox have to be signed by you at your door. Again, if you work during the day then good luck getting those packages. However, if you're desperate for an affordable furnished month to month apartment then this is one of your only options in Phoenix. Can't wait to give my 30 day notice!

  This place is now a apartment building it is no longer a hotel. But my time there was nice and the place was clean and quite.

  My unit the I r noted for 6 months smelt of gross fast food Everytime I turned on my heater. ??I'm not sure why. but they never came to fix it when I brought it up. Other than this , the property landscaping is nice to look at and the surrounding area great. There were many times when I couldn't help but notice people who made there ways and visits in and out of complex late at night.

  I'm so happy with my apartment and the wonderful customer service from Theresa, April and the maintenance staff! I've seen the previous reviews and was a bit hesitant but have had a very positive experience. My upstairs neighbor also told me that things have been much better with the new staff! I find the pool to be beautiful and a great temp, so I'm not sure why people have complained about that. Also, people bring in bed bugs. Apartments do not spread them. Even in the classiest of places that I looked at while searching they ALL had issues. I believe this is from people not being careful and personally clean. The grounds are beautiful, my service dogs love the area- there's a park two blocks up the road. They also love the entire staff as well and if my dog approves then they for sure get five stars!!!
