  Have been here a couple of times and didn't really find much. It was very cluttered this past time it was a lot more organized and I actually bought a couple of really cute items

  They have very decent clothes and accessories at good prices. Some major name brands scattered through the store. They are not fully staffed to where there is an employee readily available for you if you have questions, you will need to hunt for someone to help you. Stores are not always clean but being under staffed is probably one of the reasons why they can't keep up with keeping things in order. The biggest part about shopping here is you can find some excellent deals.

  Thjs is my second review the first couple of times I went were all bad expeeience but it seems they have stepped up their game. The place actually looks better kept and this time around they actually open on time not a few hours late and stare at you through rhw window. Staff has been nice and helpful when I went there again and you can find good clothes for cheap prices.

  I was in a great mood before I walked in that place but my attitude is on 10... I expect the store to have items all over the place but they don't cater to all sizes. The cashier is rude. She threw my receipt at me, I guessing because I didn't want to pay for a bag. So my daughter had to walk out of the store holding her items. The customer services sucks. I'm not sure why I pissed in their cereal or coffee this afternoon. But I won't be wasting my gas to drive here anymore.

  The state of the store is incredibly unfortunate. Having visited various Fallas stores in other states, I was extremely disappointed walking into this one. The prices are great, but that's about it. Good prices will only work to your benefit if you have the guts to dig through the store to find anything. When I went, there were at least 5 employees there, one at the register and 4 in the housewares area. The cashier had to call on the loudspeaker at least 5 times to ask for a price check. Meanwhile, the 4 employees in the housewares were talking to friends, and laughing together. Finally one of them said they needed to empty the shipment boxes. These are huge boxes stacked on top of each other full of merchandise. They started unloading the boxes onto the same overstocked shelves and the dirty floor. This store is downright unsafe. Merchandise is all over the place and people have to climb over and around boxes to get around. The tall boxes and merchandise could easily fall on customers. This is a sad store to go into and really leaves customers feeling dirty as they leave.
