I recently lost my beloved dog and my vet works with them so I was able to get a beautiful memorial to my dear little dog Daisy. Everything was presented so beautifully and there was even a death certificate and a beautiful poem card that brought tears to my eyes. This helped me with my goodbye to my pet. I would use them again for any loss of a pet. Highly recommend there services. Thank you for caring.

My family has used Faithful friends fo many years with three pets. The staff is friendly and really helped me in my time of need. However, I’m not happy with my last encounter. My Boxer had terminal cancer and we decided to have the veterinarian come to our home and euthanize instead of taking her to the office. When this was announced to Faithful Friends the next day, they informed me it would be an extra $50. I asked why would it be an extra $50. I was told that they don’t want to charge people who had taken their dog to the vet because the vet had already charged too much. That is absolutely ridiculous. I have spent nearly $2000 in 11 months on a dog I rescued. That’s not including the $340 that faithful friends is charging me. Additionally my home is less than half the distance from Kennedale to the clinic that I was using. I’m not happy and would like not to be charged a fee that would have not been charged if my boxer died at a clinic an extra 25 miles away.

If I could give zero stars I would. I just want EVERYONE to know that this crematory is guilty of prevarication and vaguely misconstruing innocent people during a very difficult ordeal of losing a beloved family member! I personally, due to recent euthanasia of my dog, know this place gives ashes that are not even the said pet that passed. There are occurrences where ashes were incorrectly matched to certain deceased patients. Receiving urns and ashes that were way to large to belong to some animals, sending random implants from known animals that did not belong to that animal, and even sending ashes of the exact same patient more than once days apart. My dog had surgical implants that i asked to be left in place when ashes returned. When ashes were delivered, a bag of random implants were also included. None of the implants were even my dogs'. If you are going through the difficult decision of laying your beloved pet to rest, please, please look into any crematory but this one. Preferably one that at least states that it individually cremates the pet instead of mass cremation such as what faithful friends must do. I don't understand why there is confusion of what ashes/implants go with what pet if they did individual cremation. It is hard enough to lose your companion once, don't lose them forever not knowing if that's your pet in the urn you received. It is heartbreaking to go through. If you have used this crematory in the past, unfortunately the ashes you received are in all honesty, probably not your loved one at all, or a mixture of them with other pets. I know all businesses have mixed reviews from consumers, but I would nit be sharing this information if it were not the truth and I hadn't experienced it first hand. No one should ever, and I mean EVER, have to experience the thought, or especially physical proof, that the ashes they received are in fact not their beloved companion that was entrusted in your care. It's unacceptable and an unforgettable rupture in trust of a business of this kind. It just should not happen. Period. Prayers to those who have lost pets and may you find peace.
