  Communication is abysmal. My fiancé and I were planning on using this florist for our wedding because of their proximity to our venue and the recommendation of our venue. Setting up our appointment to meet in person, emails were answered promptly and we had a lovely in-house meeting with them. We were prepared to pay a deposit upon receipt of our proposals- we requested a proposal for just personal flowers and a proposal for personals and centerpieces. It took 14 days to receive one of the proposals (full cost for personals and centerpieces) that only came after a request 10 days post in person appointment, and I have not had an email answered since. Our in person appointment was on March 10. We will be using another florist for our wedding due to their lack of communication. Proceed with caution future brides.
