  I give Fairway a one star because of the service department. The staff is polite, and the free shuttle is also nice, but would be better if they gave you a ride back as well. The reason for the low rating is because I was given an estimate of $150 - $200. Now we are all use to service centers charging the high end of an estimate, that alone sucks, but I was charged 40% above the high mark of the estimate. $240. When I explained that it should not be above the estimate to one of the service ladies, and I told her about being charged $60 less than an estimate by a muffler shop, her response was that I saved it there so this balances out. I don't think so. I should have refused to pay the extra $40, but was not in the mood to argue. Maybe I will call the manager tomorrow. I will not be going back there unless they call and apologize.

  My experience was excellent from start to finish. I took a casual test drive through the neighborhood--no pressure--while my former car was getting serviced. Upon my return, I decided to make a trade and obtain the new truck. I have never driven a truck before, but my Chevy Colorado is perfect for my needs. The process completed in just a couple of hours. Micah and Alex worked together to make the experience rewarding and painless. Great job everyone!

  I have had many shopping car experiences but never like my visit here at Fairway Chevrolet... they mad it fast, free, and convenient. Miss Birgina and her dales partner Judith made my visit so comfortable and i walked out with a beautiful lovely,gorgeous car. I will from now on do my shopping for my vehicle her at Fairway thanks to Miss. Virgina who is an awesome business lady.

  I have heard a lot of negative remarks about this dealer my first time here and the staff is informative and very friendly. And the service there is great I also as a service advisor they met my expectations. I believe all the negative remarks is because they want it free I know as a advisor. But for my first time here they took care of me quick.
