  Horror story of customer service. They brush you off and talk down to you. The young male technician was the rudest person. If you can... go anywhere else but here.

  Horrible customer service. Went there for the first time and the nail tech who I was trying to speak to would barely look up from her phone.

  New owners have HORRIBLE customer service. Made an appointment in advance and they tell me the individual I booked with IN ADVANCE is busy when I arrive. Spend your money where it's appreciated!
