Fast and fresh, nice staff, cute location and decor. And they deliver 7 miles to Clifton.

I ordered from here with my boyfriend over the weekend and the food was inedible. The english muffin under my eggs benedict was completely burnt, the potatoes tasted so awful, even the side of avocado was over ripe and tasted bitter. When my boyfriend called to get a refund the lady told him it was too late. Would not order from here again.

If you value your time and money don't order anything here and I was their regular customer you will understand if you order more often here. Their driver spilled the cranberry juice all over my order on its way. nobody wants to eat a bacon cheeseburgur with cranbury juice mixed together. when i called the store explaining that my order is not usable anymore and i can send pictures to prove well she understood the situation and offered a free cranberry juice on my next order knowing there is no next order. In my situation right now losing a meal is a lot to me that's why I'm writing this review. Hope people see this and find it useful.

After a few really bad experiences at this diner, I would recommend just going to the chit chat diner. 1. My first experience at this restaraunt was last month when I stopped in for a bagel with cream cheese and tomato. I only had received one thinly sliced tomato, meant to cover both of my bagel slices. Obviously needing more tomato than this, I ordered another slice. At any deli, two slices of tomato would have cost between $0.50 and $1. The add on cost me $2. When I went to the owner with my concerns, he immediately became defensive, and suggested that I was trying to get a free meal. 2. If it wasn’t for the fact that this diner is conveniently placed around the corner from my apartment, there certainly would never have been a second order, but this morning I made that exact mistake. I ordered a simple sausage, egg, and cheese with salt, pepper and ketchup ON THE SANDWICH. What I received was one half sausage, 2 egg, and cheese, and one half 1 egg and cheese. No salt, no pepper, and no ketchup anywhere on my sandwich. I was told it was in the bag (not what I wanted) When I called up to talk to the owner again, he again was defensive. He said the order comes with two eggs, and one sausage link and cheese, and they just put all of the ingredients on one side of the sandwich. He said this as if I was supposed to be ok with a poorly prepared, dry sandwich with only half of what I wanted. The owner does not want to take responsibility for his chefs poor prep work, and he would rather keep making excuses than listen to his customers. I have only received defensive tirades, and never an apology. To anyone reading this, The Chit Chat Diner, while a bit more expensive, is MUCH better quality. Order from there if you would rather not deal with bad customer service.
