I spent three nights with my wife. The restaurant had a very nice menu. The hotel room was clean and quiet. The bar had a terrific entertainer Friday night. The health club facilities are terrific.

Great location. Rooms have been updated but are still tired at the core- for example the bathroom doors did not close well and the shower was very weak. Oddly there was no bureau to unpack our clothes. Housekeeping provided fewer and fewer clean towels every day until we finally ended up with only 1 clean towel provided for our final day. I'll choose a different hotel next time in Chicago.

Beautiful place to stay at in the heart of downtown Chicago. The amazing location really payed off with quick access to Millennium Park and also to the Riverwalk. The room we had was base price, but was quite spacious. The bathroom was really nice, but not really practical (Toilet door unable to easily open/close). We were quite disappointed with no pool to relax in, but the other amenities were good. The service are kind and the room service has the room clean each night. Overall, I would come back to the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park.

Was traveling for work and had the opportunity to stay at the Fairmont. Staff were friendly, beds were comfy, and view from my room was beautiful. We dined at the hotel restaurant and the food was great. Only complaint was the $300 hold they had to put on my card for incidentals - in my experience most hotels will just keep a card on file. It took over a week for the hold to go away!

Fantastic property as one would expect. We were offered a paid upgrade to Gold level prior to arrival and took it. If you get the chance, I'd highly recommend Gold if the price is right. The room was huge (very suite-like), and the various food services 4 times per day kept us full and saved us from eating out at pricey restaurants. The full breakfast was especially good and had a great spread with meat, cheese, and both hot and cold dishes. Skip the valet parking at $71 and grab a spot at a nearby underground garage. We got one for $16 using Spothero and walked less than 2 blocks to the front desk.
