I try not to be an overly critical person, but any hotel should have certain standards. If you offer breakfast, it should at least be decent; their eggs and sausage was honestly disgusting. If you offer a place to sleep, it should be comfortable and quiet; these walls are so thin you can hear people moving about in the next room. I can even look over the missing lamp shade and touched up holes in the wall (that wasn't painted over). The internet was absurd; it kept logging me out and was very slow. The pros: at least I felt safe, clean, and their staff was extremely nice and polite!!!

Didn't have any towels? Was the reply I received from one of the front desk clerks. I had spoken to another friendly front desk about it but the manager never got back to me. According to him, "she never picks up or just ignores the calls" in all honesty I'm grateful I didn't end up with bed bugs from that hotel.

We had such a great stay. Our room was spotless the staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the spa tub and the breakfast was over the top with a little of everything you could ask for. Again the whole place was clean and well kept. We will book this hotel again and again. Very convenient to the freeway the zoo and many other things. I can't see how anyone could rate this hotel less than five stars!!!!!!!!

Great,Excellent and nice staff. when we arrived in our room there was no fridge we called the desk and the woman on duty that night litterally brought a fridge down herself. The room was clean and neat. Good breakfast room and nice selection of food. We had an overall good experience.

Super value! Paid $64.99, which is their walkin rate. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again, and I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling thru Tucson. It's not the Ritz but I was SUPER impressed with what I got for what I paid.
