  Amazing location! Rooms are very comfortable. Staff was great and friendly. Very good complimentary breakfast.

  This was a wonderful hotel with great service. When we pulled up the valet was right there and called for a bellhop. The check in process was quick and easy. I had called ahead to see about getting a handicap accessible room and they had everything set up for me including a chair in the shower...I haven't had such good service in true four star hotels.

  Average rooms. Very friendly staff. Great value for location. Only down side was my interaction and experience with the valet. I am unsure if the hotel contracts the parking services since it is a Marriott affiliate operated by a private firm....I was continuously harassed when retrieving my car from the valet. Being asked for the licsense plate information on multiple cases after providing the attendant with the claim ticket. It became apparent that I was the only person being asked in detail for more information in regards to their vehicle upon retrieval. This was very disheartening and upsetting as am a loyal Marriott customer and had intended on using this specific location in the near future for business travel. Nevertheless, I will not send my money where I am disrespected and disregarded. Minority’s beware.

  Having a wonderful stay. Staff has been very nice and courteous. Breakfast is good. Nice quite rooms. Love the modern updated decor. Would highly recommend this place. Deja the night auditor is super nice and funny. Love her since of humor.

  Price is great for what you get. Hotel rooms aren't big but it's more than enough for a simple, affordable stay. Free breakfast is great for being free (waffles, eggs, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, etc). Personally loved the shower and the fact that our room had a desk that could pull out with a computer chair. Channels available are great for being free (USA, a movie channel, news, standard channels). Employees are friendly and willing to help. This hotel is in a great area, few minutes away from the magnificent mile (for a Chicagoan used to walking) and surrounded by some tasty restaurants and affordable eats. Would recommend.
