  I enjoy staying in this area of DC and like to try out new places. Overall, this hotel is a good option if coming in for a few days. The free breakfast is wonderful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant in the bottom is a great place to grab a drink. The only complaint I have is the noise, but that is somewhat par for the course in any major urban area. The other issue I have is when facing the restaurant, the rooms will get a cigarette smell.

  Was at the hotel bar, The Irish Channel. Great food and drinks, good beer list. Their fish and chips are excellent, as is their Irish breakfast, though their substitution of French fries for hash browns is a bit odd. Excellent trivia on Tuesdays, the host is the best in DC! Great prizes too, $30 gift card for first place, $20 for second, $10 for third.

  Stayed here 4 nights on business. Nice hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast. Didn’t realize it was right next Chinatown; was pleasantly surprised by the excellent food spots so close to the hotel and how close it was to the metro. I’d come back again and stay!

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Amazing hotel, friendly staff, great rooms. Sadly no views but makes up for it by being in the heart of Chinatown, and only stones throw from the Verizon center and a 10 minute walk from the National mall and museums. Have stayed here 10+ times and never once had an issue with the rooms or any problems checking in. The hotel does not have on site parking unless you valet which does cost extra, it is the heart of DC after all.
