::Great place. Super amenities. Really freindly and helpful staff. Shuttle service to and from hotel. Lots of good retaurants within walking distance. Would stay there again for sure.

::Close to opryland convention center and airport. Room was a little dated, small tv, but staff was friendly and there is a Logan's Roadhouse in short walking distance across the parking lot. Would stay again, but may also check out other properties that look newer/nicer in same area. Staff was friendly and everything else was quality.

::I do not recommend this place to anyone. When I arrived on Tuesday 4/3, the woman on the desk was the only employee at the hotel. She was expected to check in guests, help with challenges, bake cookies, and the list goes on She was very kind which is the reason I didn't give zero stars. I had bugs on the ceiling and crawling on me during the night. Needless to say, I did not sleep. When I told the desk they said "I'll make a note of it". No apology nothing. I told them when I returned from my work I at least wanted a new room. When I returned that afternoon, again the gal at the desk was all by herself in the hotel. She gave me a new room. The new room's shower was NOT clean. The bed was hard and the sheets stained. In the morning the man at the front desk (who was supposed to leave a note about my room the day before and didn't) looked at me and said, "leaving?" I said yes. Not a thank you, goodbye or anything. Bugs, stained sheets, unclean shower and several borderline rude employees. All for almost $200 a night. Do not stay at this hotel. EVER.

::The rooms were nice. Two beds, one shower. Vut there was one problem. The TV didn't move. But their breakfast was nice and tasty -I suggest the bagels- they were really good. They also have a swimming pool which was warm. Their gym didn't have a lot of equipment. Two treadmills, wights, and another peice. They had great service, their staff was really nice to me and my family. I felt at home. They also don't allow pets.

::Front desk staff are amazing. Hand-delivered fresh cookies to our room since our kids didn't get any when they were in the lobby. Nice, clean facilities including pool.
