Staff is nice. Hotel and rooms are clean. Elevators are close to the entryway. Parking is convenient. Conveniently located near the freeway, fast food, restaurants and anything else you may need on your stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was both clean and comfortable. The oatmeal with dried fruit and blueberry yogurt from the breakfast bar was tasty and filling. Not too far from the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at this hotel because we loss power. We prepaid for 2 nights. Our power came back on Friday 24th. We checked out at 1033am Friday morning but we were told by the front desk our money can’t be refunded for Friday because we “prepaid”. So we paid for a room we don’t need and they probably resold it. Why can’t we get a full refund? It’s bad to take advantage of customers that just loss power for 2-5 days. Luckily ours were only 2 but mgt needs to refund us for the second day that we didn’t stay here! Edit: We tried reaching out to management today twice but he wasn’t available and we never got a return call.

The hotel is well kept and nice. The staff is mostly friendly. The ground floor rooms are a bit noisy with folks (high ceilings). The location isn't the best to get in and out of on Ford Rd. But otherwise it's pretty central if you are visiting Canton or Plymouth.

Nice hotel. Receptionist was helpful. First room I was given someone had left a massive diarrhea event in the toilet, so I rejected this room. Second room is better but has a lot of hair in the shower. Other than that the room is cozy. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to pick a different hotel. Between the race track (freeway) and the train horns every 10-15 min I had to crank up my tv just to get some sleep. Makes me miss home where the loudest thing is frogs in the pond. Next hotel will be further from the freeway.
