  Really enjoy this hotel. Friendly front desk comfortable rooms and a large fitness center. Had a couple great experiences here. If your room jus on the same side as the fire station you may want to use the supplied ear plugs.

  I booked 6 rooms at this hotel for family members attending a surprise birthday party. The logistics of multiple family members checking into various rooms over several hours, all while keeping the event a secret, was made easy by the friendly and helpful front desk staff. I generally stay at Marriott brand hotels when I travel for business and have always been well treated. The service at this hotel exceeded anything I have experienced at nearly all of them. If you are looking for a place to stay in the heart of Chicago, I highly recommend this hotel.

  Spotless, roomy accommodations. The most comfortable beds and plenty of comfy pillows. And all the staff was wonderful, so friendly and sweet, from Danielle at the desk to Javier and Fannie at breakfast. Also, the breakfast was terrific, had a great variety, and was well laid out in a variety of stations, so people weren't just bunched up trying to get to the food, and there was lots of seating. All in all, one of the nicest hotels I've ever been in, and I will definitely go there sgsin.

  I honestly loved staying here. The rooms are cozy, welcoming and modern, as are the lobby and public areas. Of course, everything is very clean too. The breakfast is good, though it's worth noting that we had three staff members "waiting" on us at a breakfast that was supposed to be self-serve. I'll probably come back in the future.

  Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I was able to check in early too. Rooms are very comfortable and roomy. The location is great as it is close to lots of shops and restaurants. Great value for the money. I would definitely stay here again.
