  Very family oriented the management yes they treat you like family they make you very comfortable and very clean and great weekly prices

  When I’m in Memphis, I rent a room here & the management & staff treat me like family ! I will continue staying here for future travel !

  Its a good location..next to the bus station..clean rooms and area.

  My daughter and I were stranded for 4 hours at the Megabus station and we only asked to sit on a bench to get out of the cold. The nightshift attendant was rude and cruel. There were people smoking and drinking at the port were we were dropped off to wait and he didn't care enough to at least let my 14 year old daughter stay to be safe. I am a retired US Navy Veteran and I only expected courtesy. It's so sad that this country has lost site of that.

  Great and super friendly service. It wasn't in the best of neighborhood's but we didn't get bothered and everyone was really friendly. The service was outstanding! We ended up stranded here and until I got that taken care of the next day the management guy and housekeeper checked on my children and me throughout the day and night to make sure we were OK and didn't need anything and even helped us get info we needed. Really went above and beyond. The service and cleanliness and coziness of room for the price were worth it even with the not so good neighborhood.
