  Went on a Friday evening (5/18/18) and was really disappointed. While the drinks we ordered were very good, they took about 15 or 20 minutes to get out to us and the restaurant was not crowded at all yet. None of the servers seemed to know who was supposed to be taking care of who. We ordered the plantain nachos for an appetizer which were extremely bland, and nobody at our table wanted to finish them. The brisket tacos were mediocre, but overpriced. My beans were served cold and really did not taste good at all regardless of the temperature. The side of rice was the best tasting thing I had that night which, to me, is pretty sad.

  I was here for a selena event. The event was fun, and it seemed like a great turnout. I don't believe the restaurant was prepared or properly staffed for the event. It took forever to find a waiter and get them to get our order. It was easier and faster to wait in line at the bar and get your drink yourself. Other than that it was fine. I had a good time and they had good prices.

  Went to Fabian's for St. Patrick's and I must say it was the best choice I have ever made. Richard and Fabian were such great and attentive people. Food was amazing and service was just wow. Made sure we were taken care of the whole night. Customer service is not even describable in words but I can say it was better than any restaurant I have ever been too. Thank you guys. We will make another reservation soon.

  Fabian's is a fantastic restaurant and bar. With historic stone architecture and an expansive patio, it has the perfect atmosphere for both an intimate setting and nice summer day or evening outside. But that's just the beginning. With so many options along Main Street it's difficult to choose. But we were greeted at the door by Fabian himself, who welcomed us in and provided us with the drink and food menus. He helped me pick out a unique Dominican Republic beer (one of his favourites) and had a conversation with us about where we were from and how my wife and I met. There was an incredible musician (Josh something) playing live guitar music, incorporating old favourites like Brown Eyed Girl by Van Morrison and Landslide by Fleetwood Mac. Two couples, one who were celebrating their one-year anniversary, got up and started dancing. Needless to say it was a perfect evening. Oh, I almost forgot, the pork tacos were the best I've ever had. Definitely recommended. Thanks Fabian. See you soon! Joshua & Michelle

  I expected bold flavors. However they were subtle. I assume to appease the masses, but the staff was great, very accommodating. The drinks were strong! And the atmosphere lively and welcoming. The food was good, not saying it wasn't. Just wish there were some more spice, heat maybe to the meals. We tried quite a few! Again, good food. You will like it if you're not into spicy.
