  My glam squad here helps me x10!!!!! I absolutely love it here! It's not far from my home and I refer eveyoeve here . The store is always at it's best, I know because I am ocd for sure. The customer service is amazing!!! I I don't even go to the one in grapevine mall anymore . I love how they are so hands on . Always showing me the latest in my forever 21 plus section! Which by the way I adore! I cannot thank this location enough for being so awesome day in and day out. They always have smiles and waiting on you like royalty in there. I will always spend my coins here the absolute best! Thank you ladies and gentlemen!!!! Kudos kudos kudos💜😘

  Only gave 3 stars since the store was neat and clean....and new. As for some management team members, they do not have customers in mind. They will literally deny things said the day before. I will definitely take a longer route and go to a different store. Do not shop plus size if you need help, you will not get it, only strange glances as you try to comfortably shop. Not a good representation of retail

  My new favorite location! Today was opening day and everyone was so nice and friendly that work there.. I was asked if I needed any help by the friendly staff .. I felt so welcoming
