  I’ve always found this storage facility to be helpful and professional. I’m moving out after years of storing items I’ve collected since college! Now I’m moving it out, and would recommend them to care for any of your most sentimental, invaluable items.

  My wife and i have had a storage unit here for at least 4 years. This facility is very convenient and the space is very well kept. Melissa (staff) has been very professional and helpful.

  Melissa had exceptional customer service. This is my first time utilizing a storage facility and with Melissa's help along with the knowledgeable call center, the process was seamless. Tell them I sent you and you will not be disappointed.

  I rarely write reviews…because let’s be honest, who has 5 minutes to write a review these days?!?! However, I absolutely need to put pause on my life to give a high five to Melissa!!! I work in customer service myself and I know good from bad service. Melissa is the definition of GREAT customer service. This is my first time renting a storage unit and the first moment I walked in the door, Melissa welcomed me with the biggest smile ever! She answered all my questions …and I had a lot! Haha! She also gave me a walked through of the building and showed me my potential unit before I signed my life away. She walked through all of the fees and taxes so I know exactly what I am paying every month so there’s no hidden fees. She also hooked it up with one-month free special that’s happening right now. The location is very clean and seems pretty safe with 1000+ security cameras (no joke)!! If you are looking for a safe, clean and friendly storage unit option, look no further! If you are lucky enough to work with Melissa, give her a fist bump for me!
