  After I stood there for 20 min. to buy a TV the girl was fairly nice, uninterested in her job but nice. I bought the TV under false advertising, it said on the label Smart TV. Got home to realize it wasn't and called them to explain what had happened and another uninterested employee answered to let me know I had one day to return and they couldn't do anything else. They don't know what they're selling. I was dumb enough to not check the product before I bought it. Don't make the same mistake!

  I went there today got the deal I wanted but the customer service was not appropriate first as soon as I walked in the lady automatically had a bad attitude..she then asked if someone else would help me which I thought was in a discriminating manner then with her bad attitude called me a male but had my id that clearly said female..She then asked me a question then when I proceed to answer it her response is and I quote I DONT NEED TO KNOW ALL THAT with a smerk..As I was being helped another African American came in and they proceed to laugh behind his back about what he had..that is not ok the pawn shops wouldn't be around if it wasn't for the customers..they need to be trained on how to be more respectful towards the customers if there going to deal with the community..thank you but I will not be going to any other ez pawns in this state

  Purchased earrings for a hundred the seller told me they had diamonds pawned them 5 months later and the lady tells me they have no diamonds and offered me 20.00 on a 100 dollar purchase. Then they were trying to sell me this silver cluster diamond ring 600.00 silver is not worth that much. They pay you little to nothing when you pawn. But triple you merchandise when trying to sell it. Hate this Peoria store and I have not gone back

  Today I called to verify my due date on my TV so I don't lose it and stay on good standing with the company but was put on hold a whole 17min 35sec. I was told they were busy and would get to me as soon as possible so I decided to test that theory so I drove to Ez pawn on 6th and Peoria to find NO ONE was in there so this by far is inexcusable bad for the business and customers. Just thought I'd share with the world don't believe everything your told the lie detector said it was a lie lol crazy
