    I have pawned here several times today I decided to get my kids iPad out and was charged and extra $14 plus $5 setup charge when I had never gotten charged that a day in my life since I came to ezpawn for services. I have pawned and bought items from this location, they lie and tell you one thing and than you come in again and it's a different story. The manager Alberto barajas is a scam artist and ezpawn itself is. I had to stop buying from the boulder highway location because they lost my item and now this one charges you outrages charges to benefit them NEVER will I do business here again.

    I had the worst experience ever at this pawn shop. The lady at the front desk did not even know how to assist jewerly. She was unsure of the value of my 2000 dollar watch AFTER she looked it up and try to offer me $200 for my watch.LIKE SHE JUST DIDNT SEE THE FULL VALUE OF MY WATCH . SHE COULDNT BELIVE IT . Do not waste your time going there ! they have no knowledge of value in merchandise.. I went to the next pawn shop and got 990 for my watch. PLEASE EDUCATE YOUR EMPLOYEES!

    I pawned a ring back in June 2017 it was on police hold right away. I bought that ring from Morgan jewelers totaling about $1000 I have my receipts and what the ring looks like. Been trying to get it back this whole time. Going back and forth with pawn shop and detective who is handling that case. For months now it's still in police hold. Even when the detective sent over paperwork stating it was released back to them and that it's not the ring they were looking for in July of 2017 signed by manager of store Perez. 2 weeks ago I called back pawn shop because the detective said he sent over that email of the paper to release my ring, the guy I talked to said they don't have my ring. I called the next day and the lady said they don't have my ring to call detective which I did and he said "they do have it, we have the signed paperwork" he emailed it back to the store the next day again. I called the store yesterday to see where is my ring he said he will look in the back and he will call me back. I never got a calm back from manager. I called today he's not in. Now I have no problem talking with detective right away but why is it so hard to talk to manager of the pawn shop I was put in hold 2 weeks ago when I called, for over 30 minutes both times. They said they will call me back never did. I HAD to call the store. Now. I am tired of making "extensions" monthly when I should of had my ring back in July. I will be getting a lawyer in the next 2 days because either they lost my ring or sold it. I will also be requesting all my money back in extensions I had to pay. It's getting close to a year of this B******* and I'll have that detective also help me out because I can get that paperwork of that manager signing they got the ring back in store. Ez pawn been putting me in circles. I am done. They should have taken my ring off police hold in July of 2017. Bye.

    Customer service over the phone was just as good as it was in person... I'm giving a shout-out to Santiago, the associate who took the time to search through the piles of goods they have to find what I was looking for, he's also the same associate who spent time with me looking for the accessories I needed for what I was looking for and let me test the product before leaving with it. I guess you can say this is a review on Santiago but the other employee's were just as courteous and professional... I was asked by multiple employees if I needed help while I waited for Santiago to finish a transaction with another customer.
