  Terrible service. Owner doesn't accept any complaints to improve it. Stay away if you are looking for quality

  at 21-10 they forbade them to begin to wear off, insulted and called the security service and threatened. never erase things here!

  Terrible service, the WORST of the worst. I paid them to clean my white pea coat. It had a few stains on it. It came out looking, not white, but several shades greyer and duller. It looked like a completely different color than my coat originally was. I called them to tell them my problem and they hung up on me. The nerve! I should have just bleached it and saved money, plus the long wait to get my coat back. Not to mention the rude customer service. Don't go here!! This is the worst laundromat this side of BK.
