  This storage unit is so clean and secure. The parking is great and there’s even a loading area for trucks, making everything so convienient. The women working there are so helpful and took the time to walk me through so I could see what I was investing in. Thanks ladies!

  I must say out of all the storage facilities I've rented from, in several cities over many years, Michelle and Allison take the cake with their attentive service and genuine concern for accomodating one's storage needs. From my first contact with them they have been great to work with. The facilitate is conveniently located, super clean with easy access and very competitive pricing. I had gravitated towards independent storage companies due to less-than-favorable experiences with corporate entities and was slightly reluctant to engage with one again until I came across this new Extra Space Storage facility and their rock star management/staff. If they had living spaces available I'd be a resident!

  I’m a very happy customer. Good price, super clean and organized environment, amazingly nice employees. I drove from NY to CO with my car and a trailer. It was going to be late but they waited for me to get there and they tried hard to make the job as easy as possible. I really appreciate it.

  Super excited about this space! I received a call from the Grant St location immediately after talking to someone from the hotline. Both Alison and Michelle were extremely friendly over the phone. I worked with Alison to check out the unit and sign my lease, and she was amazing! Answered all my questions, communicated well, and seemed to genuinely enjoy her job. I felt like a human being rather than just a unit number. I highly recommend this location- Much cheaper than other storage spaces in the area, and the customer service is far superior!

  The customer service here is incredible. From the very minute the facility opened, Alison and Michelle have made me feel like I have been the only one who rents a unit here. They are so friendly and remember me every time I come in. It’s fun chatting and getting to know them. They go above and beyond to meet my requests, and always follow through. They even have texted my personal cell phone to let me know of minor changes that have happened to the facility (like about the code box) so I know right away. I highly recommend working with Michelle and Alison - they’re great! The facility is an added bonus - it’s brand new, clean, convenient, and perfect for what I need.
