  Pleasant, told us about the great deals upfront, took us for a tour of the unit, Customer service was impeccable. I will always use Extra Space Storage.U haul has nothing on them. The best I've ever used

  Stored my belongings for five months and within those 5 months I had three different rates. They just kept raising there rates and I thought I had no choice but to stay since we rented a big storage and it was full. Well my car was broken into on property and that was the last straw, I removed all of my stuff the following day and am now at the Uhaul storage on Nellis and Stewart. This storage is right next to a water ditch and there are homeless everywhere. They have barb wire to keep them out but there is a section in the back corner that has been cut and allows them to pass through. I always see homeless or wanderers here and because there is no security you can't do anything about it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. VERY DECEIVING. They offer you a free month and then keep raising prices on you every two months. The 1800 line customer service is great but the on property customer service is awful. After they close there office there is no way of reaching them in case of an emergency. DO NOT GO HERE. Save your money and choose an actual storage with better security for your belongings. The price seems right at first but trust me it's not. By the way, this place has good ratings because when you go in to purchase a storage rental they make you sign in and put 5 stars under your google account. Most people forget (including me) about it and then don't go back in to edit their review. Again, deceiving.

  Karee is very pleasant working with. If you have not found your spot this is it. Ask for Karee tell her James White referred you to get a unbelievable rate! Karee should have a mangers position for great customer service!! Please give her a pay raise customer service is rare these days!

  I wouldn't trust my storage needs with any other company. Have been a faithful customer for 19 years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Karee and Moses are awesome!!! Have always felt safe and secure!!!
