  I was recently helping my brother and sister-in-law move and researched storage space in the Mahwah area. I met with Rob Russell, the Asst Mgr. who was extremely patient and professional. It was a very stressful time, and Bob never lost his patience or kindness with us. We changed one of our units at the last minute because it was too big, and Bob made sure to find us the perfect one - all while our movers were waiting. I would definitely recommend this facility and many thanks to Bob for all his help!

  Plenty of space to unload and load, elevators when needed are very large capacity. Management all very attentive during our two year storage at their site. Plentiful supply of moving and packing materials available at the onsite office. Excellent, highly recommended.

  Great storage experience! The customer service we received from Alex and Rob was wonderful. They were helpful in assessing our needs and able to provide solutions to any situation that arose with the unit in the 3 years we rented. Would recommend this location to everyone!

  Rob Russell the assistant store manager provided excellent customer service. He is knowledgeable about the product and goes to great lengths to assist his customers. Thanks to his efforts we found a storage unit that fit our needs and at a competitive price. He is also extremely polite and has a great demeanor when interacting with his customers. I highly recommend seeing Rob at this location to meet your storage needs.
