  I've used this facility twice in the last year and a half, and this most recent time illustrates how great they are. I had cleared my unit a week before and, absent mindedly, placed the lock on my unit before going into the office to inform them I would no longer need the unit. I was surprised to receive a charge for the next month's unit, and a visit to the facility confirmed I had forgotten the lock. If they had required me to pay the month's charges, I would've understood completely. Instead, Amanda went above and beyond, refunding the month's charges and completing the move out. I've used Extra Space in three cities and two different states, and their service has always been amazing. This instance confirms it.

  Amanda was amazing! She greeted me with a smile, was efficient with my time, and made this process as smooth as possible. I recommend this location for anyone needing storage.

  Amanda has gone over and beyond what her job title inquire. She's a breath of fresh air..I look forward to going to my storage bcuz we know shes there. My 2year old adores her. She's on top of who comes into the buildings so I know my stuff is safe n due to that I referral a few people n they too use extra storage space...

  This was the first time renting a storage unit. The people who work there are very friendly making you feel like family. They are helpful and answer any questions you may have. The place is clean , easy to access. I am so glad I came here. 2 thumbs up........
