  Fantastic service from Olu. Thank you for making my spring cleaning trip a million times easier and convenient. Great location and have been using this storage space for about 4 years.

  Nice, clean space. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. They made my move in so easy. I recommended rent space here

  Great location way better than the northern Blvd location. I used to store with them and they were rude and had no customer service. They were also not very clean lots of rodents and insects in the facility.🤮Definitely enjoy the crescent st location. 😊

  Long term customer, not one to leave a bad review unless thoroughly earned. I’ve been with this storage location for years, since it was Tuck It Away. After Extra Space Storage bought the location things have gradually gotten worse and worse. At first it was ok, but now it’s hit rock bottom with me, probably because Santos is no longer managing the facility. I’ve had two issues in two months and very little in the way of customer service helping me resolve them. I called last week and was told a manager would call back, they did and left a voicemail. I’ve been trying to reach them for a week but nobody ever answers the phones there, they used to answer the phones whenever you called. I’ve had to reach out to their main offices about the issue. As I’m currently in the process of resolving the most recent issue, I will update this review after speaking with a district manager about it. Long of the short of it is, I’m probably moving my stuff elsewhere because of it. DO NOT MOVE YOUR STUFF HERE. There is no chain of responsibility and staff are happy to put off your complaints.

  Clearing out an entire storage unit is never fun. Especially on a Saturday. This being said, Jose and Ole (sp?) made an otherwise grueling experience a pleasant one. Jose, who i spoke with on the phone prior to my arrival and during the move, was extremely helpful. He was able to put my reluctance and stress to rest. Ole was kind, social, personable and had a great sense of humour. Would definitely recommend this facility, if for no other reason than the employees. They definitely go out of their way to ensure their clients are satisfied.
