  Out of all the Extra Storage spaces I've tried in the East Bay, this one has been the most accommodating. Tonia and her staff helped me choose the right unit for my needs and made the whole process a breeze. My things are safe and secure and easily accessible whenever I need. I highly recommend this place!

  This is the first Google review I've written, but I had to complement the incredible service at Extra Space Storage. My business had to send some stuff across the country for an event that we're hosting in Oakland (we're based in New York), and Katherine and Ponia went above and beyond to help find easy solutions to what should have been a logistical nightmare. Thank you, Extra Space! You rock.

  I came during their lunch and they still helped me get into my unit (sorry but THANK YOU). Katherine was so nice and friendly, I was blown away by their level of customer service. Happy to recommend to anyone looking, if I need storage again, I’ll be back.

  This place is great huge dock, great units, clean and near the freeway. my family member has rented here for the last 6 months and now me. I have only great things to say about this place. the manager is very helpful and pleasant.
