  Staff is friendly and very helpful Aug 2017 May 11/ 2018 recently had a problem with my payment. They were telling me that they never received it at my bank statement was showing that it was paid. They help me solve the problem and was very nice and respectful about everything. I'm still very satisfied with their service and I still believe they should get 5 stars. The manager there has an excellent crew working for him.

  There is no better team than the great crew of Edson, in the Bronx. Everyone was so attentive to my needs and concerns. Joe, the mgr was patient and thoroughly professional. Put me at ease that I had chosen the best place to store my belongings without any hassle or "upsell". What a tremendous team leader. Thank you.

  Extra clean... Mr. J. Morales was extra helpful and professional... didn't plan on renting immediately but he was so knowledgeable and accommodating that I just committed on the spot. My only complaint, and this is a minor one, is that their access panel for the elevator is on the outside (instead of being next to the floor numbers you press on the inside) and has a time limit... if you don't get inside the elevator for whatever reason before that limit expires, you will have to exit and rekey your code then go back in and try again.

  Customer service is number one priority at Extra Space Storage. Cleanliness is also something that you can see when you arrive. Curb appeal is great! The staff members are all excellent and very friendly. They are down to earth and always professional when addressing your questions or concerns. I've used several storage spaces in the past when attending college. This by far is the best place. They is plenty of parking spaces and they have 4 elevators with two loading bays and plenty of flatbeds. Making payments is easy..online, over the phone, in person or through an automated system. Unit pricing is very competitive. I trust that my items will always be safe here.
