  Luke was very pleasant to work with. I really enjoyed his upbeat attitude and respectful demeanor. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention very handsom. I will be referring all my friends and family to look into storage with Luke because of this. Thank you Luke for making my experience one to remember.

  This was the most delightful experience of customer service! The facility was clean and appropriate and safe. The facility is really cared for. Luke the manager was extremely personable very kind and patient and pretty funny! I can't wait to tell my other friends about it. you won't be disappointed.

  Luke. ..is so sweet. ..took the time an patients to show us how everything went . Show us around . I would highly recommend this . It's so clean . No smell. I love it Check it out .... You will not be disappointed.

  I was assisted by Lukas and when I arrived he was helping a woman with her two children. They were just finishing up, and as he and I were starting to tour the facility, he noticed the woman had left some kid's toys behind, and dashed across the parking lot to catch them. He returned quickly and explained that she had been "having the worst day," and left it at that. I was impressed by this as a first interaction and his athleticism. The facility is large, extremely clean, painted steel units in 5' standard sizes. and has two stories. The upstairs units are slightly lower price due to loading proximity. The rents were reasonable, and there were two options: first month free and higher rent or lower rent with immediate rental. Insurance is required and they offered four different plans through a third-party provider based on stated value of the items I would be storing, and the signature process was all done on a computer monitor with electronic signatures, making it extremely fast and efficient. I recommend both Extra Space Storage, and Lukas my customer rep.
