  Hello, my name is Roberto Simona, I have a storage space at your Valley Stream NY location on Merrick Road, and i must say that your employees their treated me with CPR...Courtesy, Professionalism and Respect. They are Devon Nelson and Bianna Jackson. I sit on the community board in Valley Syrram as well with over 400 constituents and I will spread the word about your facility. I could have went to Safe Storage and save myself $30 for the amount I'm paying for your storage space, but I chose your location once I spoke with Brianna and Devon.   I have had a unit at the Valley Stream location for 4 years. Everything is always clean and the staff is always helpful. Briana (sp?) and Kevon were especially helpful, first in the phone calling them from California to arrange for a smaller unit then in person. They made the transition easy. Thanks guys!

  Kevon did an excellent job helping me get my storage today, he was very professional , knowledgeable of the facility. Kevon answered all my questions and I would recommend this Extra space storage because of him.

  Anita, Kevon, and the entire staff are very professional and helpful. I had to clean out my uncle's storage, and they were very accommodating and made every effort to assist. Facility is new, clean, well lit, safe, and with a high end security system. I would recommend them highly for the excellent service - top-notch facility.
