  I chose extra space storage because I got a great deal for the space I chose. The entire process on signing the space out and moving my things in was very easy. I came in super late that day and the place was going to close in 1 hr and 15 mins. I haven’t fully brought all my stuff in so my friend went back to get the rest of my stuff while I signed the lease. James was very helpful and accommodating. While my friend went to get my stuff, he showed me my unit and explained the contract to me prior to signing. When my friend did arrive, we only had 15 minutes to put everything in storage before it closed. Even though we rushed, we still went over the time limit but James was very nice and stayed until we were done. I highly recommend this place. Great service!

  Helpful staff. Place is clean enough and seems safe. Online price doesn't mention that you have to pay for coverage too, which was more than half the price for storage.

  Had the most easy and fast experience here. It was a breeze and the representative there really helped me navigate where/what I needed. I had to ask for his name, Marlon Joseph, because he is honestly the most competent I have seen in all my storage using experience thus far. I am Permanent customer now.

  James was very accommodating from the beginning to end of the process. Everyone here has been so sweet and pleasant to work with. I called with very short notice, and Leslie on the phone found the the perfect sized storage in such a quick amount of time. I will definitely use them again in the future!

  I've been a customer since it's Tuck it Away days. Jules, Brenda (and the retired Mr Mohammed) were the highlight of my trips to storage! Always helpful and accommodating. The facilities leave much to be desired but the staff is TERRIFIC. Marlon and James have been a welcome addition to the team and go above and beyond to make sure your experience is smooth and stress-free!
