  I was very impressed with customer service at this location. Very clean facility. Not overrun by insects. They greeting was very impressive people were lovely and it was warm.

  Clifton was incredible, he magically opened our jammed lock in a moment of panic. Char helped us get all set up and was absolutely the sweetest person. She made the whole load in stress free. We had an incredible experience.

  I'm a new New Yorker, having moved from Oakland, CA. This storage location has been a saving grace after I was paying too much for a few months at a storage unit closer to my current apartment. Clifton was incredibly welcoming and personable when I was deciding to move for a better storage option and Char has been quite friendly, too. The spot is really secure and clean. Added perk: the square footage is accurate as opposed to being a "quote" (insert square footage: i.e. 5x5) unit "unquote".

  I was very happy with the service I received here. Went there to buy boxes for a cross country move. Thanks to Clifton making sure I had the proper boxes I needed. He was so pleasant & helpful. 5 star service!

  I had a great experience with Extra Space storage on Atlantic. I've used it for 1,5 years and it's been good all around. Great location for either driving or commuting to, good working hours, wide range of unit sizes, nice and helpful staff. My favorite is Tylease, she is very helpful and sweet! Her colleague is very nice too, I didn't catch his name unfortunately. Nice work guys, and thank you!
