  I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage!!! The prices are affordable and customer service was great. I would recommend to anyone.

  I spoke with Sophia on the phone before coming and she was really nice. She was very good about explaining everything on the lease and was very accommodating to us during our tour of the facilities. The facilities were very clean and easy to navigate and it felt very secure. The staff are friendly and the storage unit was bigger than I actually expected. Some of the better prices compared to other storage units we considered. Would recommend to anyone looking for good summer storage!

  I found out about Extra Space Storage from Google’ing storage units in DC. I am a college student at Howard and I needed a place to store my belongings over the summer. The workers are very nice & helpful. Will be using again for the rest of my college years.

  I never have to wait to be helped. A huge bonus when dealing with the pain in the butt that is having a storage unit in general. They make it easy! I am always forgetting my key and they never seem annoyed by having to remove my lock for me.

  I’m giving this facility a 5 star rating even though, I did not store my things here since I decided to proceed with my initial reservation - the 8th street NE location because Sophia was tremendously helpful. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and provide comfort and assistance even though I was going to their other location. It’s my first time storing my personal belongings in a storage facility. Thank you Sophia for your amazing customer service experience. It is a pleasure to go shopping for anything and find personnel like yourself. You’re a great asset to the company and you’re extremely knowledgeable. If you’re interested in the U street NW location, I highly recommend working with Sophia.
