  Ashley and Mason were friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end. Their conversation as we did the lease made the process seem quick and easy. Ashley explained the entire leasing contract and answered all questions quickly and efficiently. The storage space was very sufficient for our needs, and access was easy to get our vehicles in and out. Once we were done with the storage space we were able to simply call and Mason confirmed the cleaning out and Ashley ended our lease. We have already recommended this location o friends because of the great access and fantastic customer service!

  Ashley Pepper was very helpful and explained all of the details to us regarding the rental agreement. She was sweet and offered engaging conversation. I'm glad I chose Extra Space for my storage needs. Also, Brandon was very helpful over the phone in obtaining the website rate for me. Best experience at a storage facility and I've had 5 units previously.

  JOSEPH was absolutely amazing ! He was extremely friendly and made it quick and easy. He has a great personality and gave us a great deal as well. I love the location, it’s clean and secluded. I highly recommend coming here for any storage needs. Thanks again Joseph and Extra Space Storage !!!

  Very good staff, excellent to work with. in over 4 years, never had any break into my unit. We did have evidence of mice and wish there was better pest control. Do not know if this is a problem in all storage facilities. My other complaint is their continued increase in my monthly rate every few months, which just last month went up to $320 for a 12x30 unit. The local staff, willing to help, offered to drop the rate to $280, but since I am retiring in less than 30 days, i need to save that money. I should have emptied the storage sooner! The staff gets 5 stars. The rent increase gets 1 star. Guess i should be thankful as the last rent increase was the breakpoint which motivated me to finally vacate the storage room!

  Both people working in the office were extremely helpful. I made a reservation online and received a phone call within minutes to confirm and answer any questions I had. The units are clean and well maintained. It was a pleasant experience.
