  The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, modern and was nice all around (albeit the shower water pressure was weak). Other reviews mention that people live here full-time, which is probably true, but do realize this is an extended stay not a 5-Star resort. For the price and location (10-15 mins from the heart of Tampa) this hotel exceeds my expectations. The only reason for my rating is the mold is awful. You can smell it immediately walking into the hotel. If you are sensitive to mold, I wouldn’t advise staying here. I got increasingly sick each day I stayed. I ended up leaving early to another hotel because I just kept horrible mold sickness. Room 9/10 Staff/Guest Relations 10/10 exceeded my expectations Location 10/10 Environment 0/10.

  There was a problem with my reservation upon arrival and I think it could have been resolved differently but the conversation was beginning to get somewhat “heated” and awkward as I watched it being handled unprofessionally. It was finally resolved. The client should be told when checking in that they do not give towels after a certain time. The smell of smoke in the halls is overwhelming and although I did not mind using the stairs, they could use a cleaning. Communicating the rules to clientele would have been helpful and is expected but it was not done. It’s simply a learning opportunity. I’m sure the staff works very hard to service the entire hotel and they have to break the news to customers that the elevator is broken.

  There was a camera at the bottom of the toilet, the only time it would flash was only when I was in there. There cleaning staff are thief’s they stole my necklace, I was approached by and outside bystander asking if I needed friend. It’s the most ghetto place you can stay. It reaps of mold the AC doesn’t work, I say STAY AWAY AND FIND YOURSELF A BETTER DEAL. I have employees that I will never allow to stay there. The worst customer service ever. STAY AWAY.. FIND ANOTHER PLACE……

  Everything about this place, minus the staff, was ABSOLUTE TRASH. GHET-TO!!!!!! The elevator doesn't work. Stairs are at the far end & the stairwell is gross. Place smells like smoke & urine. Hallways had pieces of trash all over. "Wood" floors in room were sticky. Roaches. I repeat, roaches. Security bar on room door was broken. Just don't waste your money or time

  Worst hotel experience in my life. Started by waiting 20 mins for someone to show up at the front desk to check in. The elevator was out of order, the hallways smelled like mildew/cigarette smoke. Stairwell smelled like vomit. The room had been “cleaned” before I arrived but it was far from clean. The floors were covered in something slippery and greasy. I used one of the towels to clean a walkway from the bathroom to the bed and it was absolutely disgusting to see what came off the floor. I called the front desk to try and switch rooms but got no answer. I was tired from working all day so chose to just deal with it. The bathroom wasn’t much better, dirty counters and used wash cloth left on the side of the tub. I found food crumbs all over the floor and counters along with some more greasy stuff. Went by the front desk the next morning and there was a sign saying no one was there and had a number to call for assistance. What a joke of a business, the CEO should be ashamed of the way their business is being run. I will never stay at this brand again.
