  Not what we expected. The rooms look different in pictures. We had a late check and the room was very musty and smelled like smoke, even though we requested a smoke free room. Carpets were stained, fridge dirty and the smoke detector missing. The front desk did not have other rooms available so we had no choice to stay the night. The very next morning we checked out. The manager was very nice and refunded me my full amount minus half of the one night we stayed. I don’t blame the staff as they are not at fault that ownership does not invest in upgrading their rooms. This place is in major need of upgrading and charging $130-$150 per night. Crazy. It more like a motel and worth more like $30 dollars a night. I’m sure some of the good reviews are solicited.

  I wish I wasn’t so humble this time I wish I would of listened to the bad reviews. If you are reading this please stay away! I woke up to Roaches 🪳🪳🪳🪳crawling on me! My bathroom curtains were black in the bottom instead of white they were not washed. And when I told the front desk about my curtains they said to go get clean ones in the front I had to change them myself! The lobby smells like cigarettes. The free breakfast is B.S is granola bars and bad coffee. The kitchen I couldn’t use bc they told me they were out of pans. I felt like I am in 1960s OLD SMELLY RUNNED DOWN. Oh and not to mention people live here! So they hang out with beach chairs in the parking lot and outside their door. Just stay away not kid friendly my kids were miserable here. Carpets are stained u can’t not walk barefoot 🤮🤮🤮 FIRE HOUSE KEEPING/ Regional manager!

  It is definitely a little older building than other Extended Stay Hotels in the area, by the appearance of the appliances but they work and that's all that matters. I like the non-carpet floors, the bed is comfortable, the water pressure is good and during the hot Florida days, the a/c blows ice cold air. The desk agent (Mary) was very friendly and made sure I was satisfied with my room prior to me settling in. The location of this hotel is probably the best feature beyond the hotel itself because you are walking distance to a movie theater, food options and shopping and across the main strip is a shopping mall and another movie theater.

  First my door was having issues read my card. It took 3 days for the hotel to change the batteries. Then I've gone to the office 4 times asking them to fix the bolt lock and weather stripping on my door. I found 2 roaches in my bathroom and a dead baby snake on my kitchen floor. Bugs and reptiles can easily get into the room from the front door. Im Here for work and trying very hard to not move. I stay in extended stay all the time and this is definitely one of the worst experiences I have had.

  Rooms are clean, but a little musty smelling. Tessa was the most pleasant person in a very busy front desk. She helped everyone quickly and efficiently and never lost her cool with all the request guests were making. I was impressed.
