  Over chlorinated pool made my girl's eyes burn, the sides of the pool made their fingers bleed. Exposed wiring in the "living room" of the suite. The room attendants left their carts in the hallways, bags of dirty linens left in the hallway all night, bags of trash left in the hallways all night. The "breakfast" was coffee, oatmeal, little debby muffins and granola bars. It's pretty bad my girls.were saying that they wanted to go home early, rather than cry cause we were leaving the pool. Total ripoff, not worth the money.

  I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is traveling to NYC. The commute to NYC is less than 30 minutes the bus stop is right outside of the hotel. Lots of parking. Close to shopping, dinning, as well as a movie theater. The hotel has a gym an a great indoor heated pool. The outside patio area is great for entertaining and grilling as well as a cool hangout stop. The staff were helpful and friendly. The housekeepers were attentive and polite. I would stay here again.   Decent priced and within walking distance to restaurants, movie theater and other places. Rooms were clean. The bus stop to go into the city is right across the street which makes it easy to get to NYC

  I was met by Isabella who asked if I was checking in. I informed her I have a reservation for 3 rooms. She asked if I wanted 3 rooms. I replied yes. She asked for my Card I advised her it was paid by Insurance. She said it was for incidentals than proceeded to charge price for the room. After processing 2 rooms she said we don t have 3 rooms but I could book the 3rd at the other location. So unprofessional and inconsiderate. I finally get escorted to our room because they don't have ROOM KEYS. The room was filthy and the pillows brought to the room were filthy with someone else hair on it and the kitchen chairs have sticky grimy white stuff on it. I recommend selecting another hotel.
