  Over all a pleasant stay however compared to other hotels I thought it could have been cleaner. My room also didn't have a hairdryer. Therefore, I am docking one star.

  BED BUGS very dirty nasty place bad costumer service!!! Never stay here!!! U definitely get what u pay for!

  Not bad for the price. You can save a little money on dining by cooking in your own room. The dog walk is a bit small for the amount of people that stay at this hotel with pooches. Breakfast is just grab and go, like muffins, granola bars, and oatmeal. There is coffee til 9 to 9:30am. Staff seems pretty friendly.

  One star is even too much but let me start by saying I think having a co-worker walking into a room and realizing that someone's already in bed wasn't a good start because she had no idea who that man was (room NOT available). No hot water to take a shower (switch wasn't working properly) but every once in a while it may kick on at least that's what the lady said... switched room's so my wife and I could have hot water but now the other rooms AC not working correctly ....R U kidding me.?!?!?!?!? This is a joke of a place to stay so next time I come to work near New Orleans I will definitely tell the company I will not stay here because I would feel more comfortable in my car

  TERRIBLE!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. We’re driving from Florida to San Francisco, chose this hotel as one of our stop to rest for the night then back on the road again. We’re looking forward to taking a shower & have a comfortable night’s rest but NO! My boyfriend and I had to shower in FREEZING COLD WATER since we had no other choice and needed to clean ourselves. We kept calling the front desk, at first they put us on hold for a long time then we called back again and the lady said it’s something to do with the water pipe so we took that cold shower at night and we wanted to see if there’s a hot shower in the morning. Morning care and of course, STILL NO HOT WATER! We had to shower again in freezing cold water! The people never addressed the issues even when we talked to them, no one came to check on us in the hotel room, no maintenance, NOTHING! They didn’t give us any refund or anything, they said that they had to talk to the main manager and they’ll contact us. It’s been a week and no call or anything from them. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
