  This place is extremely basic. The ability to have a kitchen is great, but there are no other amenities. No gym, business area, restaurant, or bar. The bed is fine but the sheets are cheap. The shower head is filled with calcium buildup or something. The hotel is right by the loud trains. The best part is probably the proximity to the mall/plaza.

  First of all this is not part of Marriott. It looks like a run down hotel with bare bone operations. They have charged me for $18 for Internet without even my notice. When I called to ask they said I used high speed Internet which I didn't even know. I always used the code which they provided. Very bad customer service. I would never go back to this place again. Good bye.

  I would give this place a negative star if I could. Right from the beginning I knew it was going to be a nightmare (literally had nightmares). As soon as we walked into the lobby you could grasp a really awful smell (not even the worst). Then the staff was quite rude when checking in. As soon as we got into the elevator you could tell it hasn’t been cleaned In awhile, however this wasn’t even my main problem.... the main problem comes to the room. 1. The smell was horrible I had to wrap one of my old shirts over my nose all night just so I wouldn’t throw up.

  Stayed here very recently over a weekend! Location is great if you are on Burbank business visit or visiting universal studios (like me). Rooms are large with kitchen amenities! Guest service is good. The room service is weekly so you mess it up and you clean it up for rest of the days! Overall a good place, reasonably priced! Got a deal with 35% off on their website!

  The great thing about this place is all the shops near by. It's located right next to the Empire Center which had a Target, Wal-Mart, Staples, I believe a Lowe's or Home Depot which is great if you forgot something at ho.e like I always do. Also you have a choice a several different restaurants to ear at. So it's a decent hotel h Next yo everything you might need. I usually book a room and then head over yo target to grab food to cook cause nothing beats a home cooked meal. Just plan for it. There's a microwave and two burners, a fridge and sink. No oven though. All in all a great place to stay. Staff isn't too bad either. 😁
